Hi, I’m Breanna Gay
A certified doula and newborn care specialist based in the vibrant city of Oakland. My journey into birth and postpartum support began over a decade ago, driven by a deep passion for empowering and assisting families during one of the most transformative times of their lives.
With a rich background as a doula, I've had the privilege of supporting countless families, each with their unique stories and experiences. My approach is deeply rooted in the belief that childbirth is a natural, powerful process, and every parent deserves to experience it with dignity, respect, and loving support.
As your doula, our commitment is to be your advocate, confidante, and unwavering supporter. Together, we'll navigate the beautiful journey of bringing new life into the world, creating a positive and memorable birth experience.

You can maximize your time with your baby and focus on your healing, a day time doula will help you navigate your new daily routine
A nighttime doula will give you that worry free night of sleep while they are for your baby's needs.
Get well acquainted with your new “normal” daily routine with 24 Hour Live-In Care for the first 72 hours after you return home with your baby.

Bringing home your new baby, or babies is exciting, but it’s also an extremely challenging time in a family’s life. Routines quickly get displaced, schedules are completely shifted sometimes with no return, and the life that new parents once knew quickly becomes a faint and distant memory… However our live-in doulas support provides extra layers of care that will give you as much time as you need to heal, recharge and process the major transition of bringing your baby home. Day One Doulas not only provide physical support and emotional support for your families, we help you establish a solid foundation that best correlates and meets the needs of you and your newborn.
One of the best parts about our live-in postpartum doula service is that they are completely customizable. Whether you need days, weeks, or months of care, we’ll be there for you from day one day and night for as long as you need. We also have a select team of postpartum doulas who are travel-ready and prepared to join you anywhere in the United States and internationally. In circumstances that require you to travel with your baby, these doulas have experience navigating busy airports and long car rides with newborns and will happily accompany you on your journey home or prepare you to do so.
